Key Features
An adjustable-speed servo motor drives the two-stage series piston compression system.
Runs on a 220 V, 50 Hz single-phase supply with approximately 2 kW peak power consumption.
One model supports hydrogen, nitrogen or helium service, with configurable pressure limits.
Automatic stop at the set target pressure or operating-time limit, plus mechanical pressure relief and an electronic upper-pressure limit.
Control, Monitoring & Data Export
The control interface displays inlet and outlet pressure, operating status, speed selection, target pressure and operating-time settings.
Operating records can be viewed on the system and exported through the USB data-export interface.
Typical Applications
Where the MDYZ3501A-3 is working
01
University Laboratories
Controlled gas boosting for R&D. Adjustable speed, pressure monitoring and automatic-stop functions — trusted by Shanghai University.
02
Fuel Cell Testing
Pressure control for test setups. Two-stage compression with inlet and outlet pressure monitoring for R&D and validation work.
03
Helium Boosting & Recovery
One platform for three gases. Helium service is supported alongside hydrogen and nitrogen, with a suitable downstream receiving chamber.
04
On-Site Gas Boosting
Ground use or wheel-supported positioning. High-pressure mechanical interfaces connect the gas source and downstream receiving chamber.
