100% Oil-Free Compression
Clean hydrogen protects your fuel cells. Even trace oil can poison catalysts and shorten stack life.
Hydraulic-drive compressors keep oil under pressure next to the gas circuit — one worn seal can contaminate your hydrogen. Diaphragm units avoid oil but bring rupture risk and costly maintenance. HydroXcel removes oil from the compression chamber entirely: the servo motor drives the piston directly. The result — outlet purity up to 99.99% with filtration, no oil changes, no oil-related downtime.


Compact Footprint
Half the size of a hydraulic station. Everything fits in one enclosure — no power pack, no pipework.
The JD-ZQ series stands on lockable casters and fits through standard doorways. The 90 kg MDYZ3501A-3 can be rolled between labs by one person. No foundation, no anchor bolts — position, connect, run. For crowded labs and retrofit projects, it is a decisive advantage.
Fully Automatic Operation
Set the pressure. Press start. Walk away.
PLC control with closed-loop servo regulation ramps up, holds setpoints and shuts down automatically. Built-in protection covers over-pressure, over-temperature and motor faults — the unit alarms and stops safely. Overnight test runs and after-hours cylinder filling need no operator, and new staff can run it after a short introduction.


Multi-Gas Capability
One machine for H2, N2 and He.
Labs rarely use hydrogen alone — nitrogen for purging, helium for leak detection. The MDYZ3501A-3 handles all three with compatible, clean gas-contact materials. It even pays for itself: boost leftover helium from “empty” cylinders instead of venting it. Fewer machines, less space, simpler maintenance.
