5 kW Hydrogen Fuel Cell Generator — HX-5K-WG

230V AC household power with a built-in 3 kWh buffer battery — instant start, smooth output, cabinet-sized.

The single-unit answer for homes, villas and small offices. It starts instantly on its buffer battery, carries lighting, refrigeration, network and security loads, and runs quietly enough to sit in a utility room. Pair it with a small cylinder bank or solid state hydrogen storage for overnight autonomy.

10 kW Hydrogen Fuel Cell Generator — HX-10K-WG

Three-phase 380V power for small commercial loads and base stations, with a 5 kWh buffer battery and a slim wall-friendly cabinet.

The workhorse for telecom base stations, shops, farms and workshop loads. Its 380V three-phase output feeds standard commercial distribution directly, and the slim cabinet stands against a wall or inside an equipment room. Most single-tower backup deployments start here.

15 kW Fuel Cell Power Module — HX-15K-WG

15 kW of 80V DC from an 83-cell stack — drops straight into DC buses, battery hybrids and custom power packages.

Built for system integrators: the 80V DC output connects directly to battery storage, DC distribution and your own power electronics — the right choice when the fuel cell is one module inside a larger hybrid system rather than a standalone AC genset. Add an external inverter for AC loads.

20 kW Hydrogen Fuel Cell Generator — HX-20K-WG

The prime-power flagship: 12,000-hour lifetime, -15°C cold start, full safety chain, and parallel-ready — start at 20 kW, scale to 40, 60 or 80 kW.

For prime power and serious commercial backup: run one unit for 20 kW, or parallel up to four for 40, 60 or 80 kW of three-phase capacity. With a 12,000-hour design life and the full safety chain, it is built for daily duty at sites where diesel is restricted, too noisy, or expensive to refuel.

Commercial Power, Without the Diesel

For businesses, a commercial hydrogen fuel cell generator removes three diesel problems at once: emissions, noise and fuel logistics. Offices, factories, equipment rooms and telecom operators get stable 230V / 380V power whose only exhaust is water — suitable for emission-restricted zones, indoor-adjacent installation and sites with ESG targets.

Need more than 20 kW? Units parallel up to 80 kW today. Beyond that, our industrial hydrogen power systems cover 50–500 kW with CHP cogeneration, and at the small end our air-cooled fuel cells serve 250W–3kW applications. We also size the complete hydrogen supply — cylinders, bundles or solid state storage — to match your autonomy target.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can a hydrogen fuel cell generator replace a diesel generator?

Yes. Output is standard 230V / 380V AC, startup is instant thanks to the buffer battery, and there is no exhaust, no engine noise and no fuel spill risk. A single unit covers 5–20 kW loads; parallel units reach 80 kW. For continuous prime power, the HX-20K-WG carries a 12,000-hour design life.

How long will a unit run on its hydrogen supply?

Runtime = stored hydrogen ÷ consumption (about 15 L/min per kW of output). Example: a bundle of twelve 50L @ 15MPa cylinders stores roughly 90 Nm³ — that runs the 5 kW model for about 20 hours, or the 10 kW model for about 10 hours at rated load. Tell us your autonomy target and we will size the storage to match.

How much hydrogen does a fuel cell generator use?

Consumption scales with output: roughly 15 L/min of hydrogen per kW at rated power (75 L/min for the 5 kW model, 300 L/min for the 20 kW model). A standard 50L @ 15MPa cylinder bundle feeds a 5 kW unit for hours of continuous operation — contact us for a sizing calculation based on your autonomy target.

What hydrogen supply do I need?

All 5–20 kW models run on low-pressure hydrogen at 0.5–1.2 bar with purity ≥99.99% (CO<1ppm). We supply matching storage and pressure-reduction systems, from cylinder bundles to solid state hydrogen storage.

Can these generators work off-grid?

Yes. Every model operates fully off-grid, and the built-in or optional LFP buffer battery handles startup and load transients. The HX-20K-WG supports parallel connection of multiple units for larger off-grid systems.

What maintenance is required?

Fuel cells have far fewer moving parts than a diesel genset. Routine maintenance is limited to periodic checks of filters, coolant and the deionizer — typically quarterly. No oil changes, no exhaust after-treatment.

Do you offer larger systems?

Yes — our water-cooled line continues from 50 kW to 500 kW with cogeneration (CHP) options reaching 90% overall efficiency. See the industrial hydrogen power systems, or our air-cooled fuel cells for sub-3kW applications.
