High-Pressure Hydrogen Storage
Hydrogen Storage Tank Systems
More than cylinders — a complete 35 MPa storage and supply system with frame, valves, pressure regulation, piping and hydrogen leak detection, engineered and tested as one unit. From compact 10 L kits to M³ storage systems.

Compact 53 L Supply System (QGQXT35-PX53-60K-01)
Vehicle-Grade 3 × 260 L Supply System
Reference envelope approx. 2,100 × 940 × 1,960 mm including frame. Layout customizable to your vehicle or site.

Engineered as One Unit
Every system ships as a tested assembly — cylinders, frame, valves, piping, sensors and controller — with interface drawings and installation support for your integration team.
A Complete System, Not Just Cylinders
Frame & Mounting
Structural frame engineered to your installation envelope — vehicle chassis, skid or wall-mount, with interface drawings provided.
Valves & Pressure Control
Pressure reducing valve, check valves, relief valves and manual shut-offs — stable outlet pressure from full tank to empty.
Piping & Filtration
High-pressure stainless tubing with dual-stage filtration down to 7 μm — clean hydrogen protects your fuel cell stack.
Leak Detection & Controller
Hydrogen concentration sensor with system controller — continuous monitoring, alarm and safe shutdown logic built in.
Where These Systems Work
Typical deployments
01
Fuel Cell Trucks & Buses
Vehicle-grade on-board supply. High flow rates and crash-safe design, built to FCEV on-board hydrogen system standards.
02
Forklifts & Industrial Vehicles
Compact kits for tight envelopes. The 53 L system pairs directly with our 15 kW forklift fuel cell system.
03
Cylinder Cascades & Refueling
Stationary high-pressure storage. Multi-cylinder banks for on-site buffering — filled by our hydrogen compressors.
04
Test Benches & Labs
Regulated supply for R&D. Precise pressure control and full instrumentation for fuel cell testing and validation work.
Frequently Asked Questions
35 MPa or 70 MPa — which do I need?
35 MPa covers most industrial vehicles, forklifts, buses and stationary storage. 70 MPa is mainly for passenger FCVs where space is tight. Tell us your vehicle or site layout and we will size accordingly.
How is safety handled at 350 bar?
Layered protection: composite cylinders with TPRD thermal relief, excess-flow shutoff, relief valves, dual-stage filtration and a hydrogen concentration sensor tied to the system controller for alarm and shutdown.
High-pressure vs. solid state storage?
High pressure wins on weight, discharge rate and cost per kg at scale; solid state storage wins on safety and low-pressure infrastructure. We build both and recommend by application.
Can the system be customized?
Yes — cylinder count, frame layout, outlet pressure and interfaces are all configurable. Contact us for a quotation.
Sizing a Hydrogen Storage System?
Tell us your application, required capacity and installation envelope — we will configure the complete system.
